We have multiple HD Televisions in our home, as well as a Home Security system. The thing that really impresses me the most about Digitech is the quality of service and anytime something malfunctions, they are right there to solve our problems and provide solutions. Everyone knows what it is like to have your system down. I really enjoy the fact that I have built relationships with the Technicians and I always get the same people to my home. They know my system and can troubleshoot very quickly. I also like the fact that you get a voice on the other end of the phone when a problem arises and I am directed immediately to the correct person. We have had both Cable and Satellite in our homes at different times and Digitech has provided equal service for both products. I have been a Digitech customer for over 10 years and the quality of the product and the quality of the service have always been consistent and high. The final thing I would say is that Digitech is not a high pressure sales organization. They listen to your needs and provide what you want, not what they think you need.
